Pro-Am Entry Forms
The Official Pro-Am online entry form must be completed no later than Wednesday, October 27. For questions regarding online registration, contact Kristi Lee at KristiLeeFowlks@pgatourhq.com.
Official Pro-Am Check-In & Contestant Credential
Please arrive at Phoenix Country Club at least one hour prior to your tee time for Pro-Am check-in. You will receive your Pro-Am contestant badge at check-in. Your Pro-Am contestant badge serves as your credential for the tournament. It will allow access for the following;

Parking Passes & Guest Credential
You will receive one (1) Pro-Am Guest Badge at Pro-Am check-in. The Pro-Am Guest Badge permits access to the Pro-Am Awards Reception on Wednesday immediately following the competition. The Pro-Am Guest Badge also provides access to the QuikTrip on 12, Thursday - Sunday of tournament week. You will receive one (1) Clubhouse Valet parking pass valid for Tuesday, November 9 & Wenesday, November 10.
Official Pro-Am Pairings Party
You and a guest are invited to attend the Official Pro-Am Pairings Party on Tuesday, November 9, at 6:00 p.m. This event will be held at Phoenix Country Club outside, dress appropriately. The pairings will be provide that evening and emailed to all amateurs that evening.
Official Pro-Am Competition
The Official Pro-Am competition will be held Wednesday, November 10, at Phoenix Country Club. There will be a two tee start on No. 1 and No. 10 with tee times beginning at 6:50 a.m. and the second wave starting at 11:20 a.m. Your tee time will be determined at the Pairings Party. The format will be one net best ball of the team, utilizing full handicaps for amateurs, with a maximum handicap of 27. The professional may contribute to the best ball team score. Professionals will keep team score. Prizes will be awarded to the three (3) low net teams. Ties will be decided by scorecard playoff beginning on No. 18 and working backwards (17, 16, etc.). You must have your Pro-Am badge which you will receive at Pro-Am check-in; it will serve as your pass for the day. Soft spike golf shoes, tennis shoes or flat bottom shoes are acceptable at Phoenix Country Club.
Official Pro-Am Gifts
Gifts will be distributed at the Charles Schwab Cup Championship tournament and dropped shipped directly to the address you provided on your registration form
Caddies
PGA TOUR Champions regulations prohibit the use of golf carts at the Charles Schwab Cup Championship. Contestants with a certified medical condition may petition to the tournament to use a cart. We encourage you to bring a caddie. Gratuity is at your discretion, but strongly encouraged. Each Pro-Am contestant has the option to bring their own caddie. If you plan to do so, please contact and notify Kristi Lee in the championship office at KristiLeeFowlks@pgatourhq.com. Your caddie will need to comply with the standard PGA TOUR Champions caddie regulations. All caddies will be provided with a Championship logoed caddie bib that must be worn with their own khaki slacks or Bermuda shorts. Your caddie must check in with you at Pro-Am check-in. Caddies are not permitted access to the Clubhouse without proper credentials. Practice Range: The practice range will be available to Official Pro-Am contestants beginning at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday. You must wear your Pro-Am badge to gain access to the range.
If you do not have a caddie you will be provided a push cart.
Pro-Am Awards
The Pro-Am Awards Reception takes place on the Presidents Terrace at Phoenix Country Club immediately following play. Food and beverages will be available.
Lockers
Locker rooms will be available for amateur participants inside the Clubhouse. Masks are required per PGA TOUR policy.
