DESCRIPTION:
This package attracts recognition from spectators as they funnel through the admissions gate. The opportunity includes a 10x10 space, sign with companies name, and a skirted table with two chairs. It also provides 50 good-anyone-day tickets and 4 premium parking passes

- Most groups bring in their own branded table skirts but we can provide vendors with a basic linen if needed

- What are Move-In / Move-Out times and dates?
- Move-In:
- Monday, November 8th – 10:00am to 4:00pm

- Sunday, November 14th – 5:00pm to 7:00pm
- Monday, November 15th – 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Can clients ship collateral to the venue in advance of Championship week?
- Yes, vendors can ship collateral to the venue but must provide a description for all items in order to receive approval prior to shipment. Fill out the Shipment Delivery Form (found on the Hospitality Website) or address shipments to Kristi Lee Fowlks attention for storage purposes.

- On Move-In/Move-Out dates, how close can exhibitors get to the tent area? Will there be any access to carts or carry-alls?
- Vendors will have full access to the tent area during move-in and move-out dates. Move-in must take place on Monday and/or Tuesday or tournament week. Please notify us in advance of your needs so that we can coordinate with the Operations team to access carts and/or carry-alls.
- Is there Security if vendors are leaving HD televisions overnight?
- We will have Security on property. It is not dedicated security, meaning a guard will not be standing in front of the tent the whole time, but will instead be roaming the general area.
- Does the Expo tent have a front vinyl zip that can be used in the evenings to close off from the elements?
- The expo tents can be closed with a rope system.
- Do you know of any third party agencies that could handle booth decorations/branding? Perhaps that is already on-site doing other jobs?
- We do not have any third part agencies that we work with for decorations. All arrangements must be made through the expo clients themselves.

- During competition rounds (Thursday – Sunday), how are additional prizes / collateral transported into the property?
- Expo clients have Good Any Day Grounds tickets to get in and out of the property. During tournament week, they must coordinate with the Operations team to have items removed from our storage container and/or transported into the property.
